ÖZET
Tıbbi bilimlerde miktar anahtarının teşhis ve tedavide önemli bir perspektif olduğunu açıklamaya devam ediyoruz. Bu bölümde Hematoloji biliminde, dolayısıyla teşhis ve tedavide miktarın öneminden kısaca bahsedeceğiz. Hematoloji, özellikle insan kanını tahlil ederek içindeki madde miktarlarını değerlendiren bir bilim dalıdır. Vücudumuz son derece hassas miktarlar üzere yaratıldığı gibi vücudun içinde dolaşan sıvılar da hassas miktarlar üzere kaimdir. Bu sıvıların belli miktarları ve içindeki maddelerin de son derece hassas oranları vardır. Üstelik bu madde oranları belirli bir referans değerlerinde ve optimum seviyede korunmaktadır. Hematoloji, kanda miktar analizi yaparak yön bulmaktadır. Hemen hemen bütün hastalıkların indikatörü, kandaki madde miktarlarıdır. Hematologlar hastalıkların teşhis ve tedavisinde bütün tıbbi disiplinlere yardımcı olur ve hastanın tedavisine çalışır. Bir hematolog kolay yetişmez. Genellikle tıp eğitiminden sonra dahiliye ve ardından da hematoloji ihtisası yapılır. Bu, yaklaşık tıp eğitimiyle birlikte 13 yıllık eğitim demektir.
