Özet

This study includes in vitro antiproliferative and tyrosinase inhibitor effects of methanol extracts of 21 plant species collected from Erzincan against HT-29 cell line. It was determined that it had different IC50 values ranging from 0.18 to 0.87 mg/mL against tyrosinase enzyme. According to the cytotoxicity results, it was concluded that the plant extracts of Inula heterolepis, Trachomitum venetum, Ebenus macrophylla, Ziziphora tenuior and Plantago euphratica showed activity against HT-29 cancer cell as a potential anti-cancer agent. In addition, it was determined that Thymus convulutus, Thymus vulgaris and Tanacetum balsamita extracts had high inhibitory effects against tyrosinase enzyme.
